However, just "advertising" is NOT ALL about selling your home. How Well your home is Presented to the Right Buyers matters more. Your Home Evaluation The important thing to do when selling your home is to complete a Market Evaluation. Accepted professional methods; Comparative Market Analysis (CMA in short) will be used to estimate a market value of your home. In CMA, we compare your home with other homes of similar age, floor area and style in the similar neighbourhood. The market determines the value of your property based on the floor area, age & condition of your home, how much recent updates made, land size, neighbourhood and the location. However, every property is unique!!! It is my job to recognize the uniqueness and selling features and present your property at its best.
Consultations will be made with you and I will suggest the most appropriate list price for your property. As one of working-everyday Realtors, I see many homes every week, therefore I have intimate knowledge of many homes and am aware of the latest market trend, tha is important in pricing it Right. It is also important to be aware that the market is indifferent to what you want.
Free Home Evaluation Request I am happy to provide you with a free evaluation of your home. A simple set of CMA including recent sales of similar properties in your area will be sent to you upon request. However, it is not possible to estimate an accurate market value unless I see and know more about your home. A market evaluation based on paper is Not good enough.
